- Diagnosis is free. Once we identify the issue, we quote a fixed price before starting. Typical fixes are $50–$400 depending on complexity. If we can't fix it, you don't pay.
- Do you offer guarantees?
- Yes — if we can't resolve the issue, you don't pay. If a fix needs to be redone within 30 days, we do it for free.
- Can you fix a site you didn't build?
- Yes, that's most of what we do. We fix sites built by freelancers, agencies, DIY page builders, or abandoned developers.
